Program

The Facilitator Certification Program (FCP) is designed for future instructors, conference speakers, consultants, and employee ownership leaders who seek to develop or enhance the skills needed to lead dynamic, learner-centered experiences. Participants gain practical facilitation techniques, earn a recognized credential, and become eligible to teach content that is a part of the Employee Ownership University (EOU) certificate program.
